I'll start a list here and will add to it as suggestions are made: 1. Try meal replacement shakes - I use one from UCN 2. Use a calorie counter app - I use Myfitnesspal 3. Try to replace bad habits with better ones e.g.every time you want a bar of chocolate have a cup of tea instead 4. Use a weight tracking app so you can track progress - always weigh yourself at the same time every day undressed - ideally first thing in the morning after you have been to the toilet 5. Get a personal trainer 6. Find an exercise partner - it's harder to not go to the gym if you have made a commitment to someone else 7. Replace sugar filled drinks with fruit infused water 8. Use sweeteners in your coffee and tea or try to quit them altogether. Can you add any more?
