MTV is really going forward with the plan to add TV to the MTV Movie Awards.

The Viacom-owned network confirmed its nominations for the first edition with the new format.

The nominations are very confusing, with a lot of categories merged, but we’re sure it will work out for the better having movies and TV covered in the awards.
