You are about to begin your future life together and it would be our privilege to start that journey with you. It’s more than likely that you have never had to think about planning something as significant as your wedding day before but it’s what we do and we love doing it.

Your first step is to contact us by phone, email or our wish list. It’s really important that we know as soon as possible when you want to get married [a season helps if you haven’t quite decided on the actual date]. We will then get back to you with our availability and questions. An important part of the process for us (and for you) is to chat about your wedding. This gives us the opportunity to begin to get to know you, your likes and dislikes and also to get a sense of your unique needs - after all, you aren't like everyone else!

We will provide a proposal with pictures of locations and/or venues that we have matched with what you’ve told us. To help you make your decisions, the proposal will show the associated costs together with when, where and how they need to be paid. When you have made your decision, we will issue a simple contract between yourselves and Ontario Inspirations Ltd [our company] with a clear explanation of the non-refundable deposit and cancellation charges. This enables us to enter into the required contracts in Ontario with the venue and suppliers.

Once you have confirmed your booking, you can sit back and relax confident that we have everything under control.
